Words cannot adequately convey our gratitude, or the immense value Jessy has brought to Rodgers & Associates over the years. Quite simply, there may not be a Rodgers & Associates without her tireless dedication behind the scenes. Even if the firm existed, it would likely not be the thriving, client-focused organization we know today.
Jessica has shaped every facet of our vision, mission, and culture. Most of our policies, procedures, and memorable client events reflect her thoughtful leadership. Most importantly, Jessy has left an indelible mark on our people. From hiring and training to mentoring and supporting each team member, she has helped create the skilled, client-centered group we are today.
Beyond her influence at Rodgers & Associates, Jessy and Rick have generously shared their blessings and talents to make a meaningful difference in our community, offering both financial support and hands-on involvement.
As for what’s next for Jessy, only she can say—but we are certain of two things: whatever she pursues will have a positive impact on those around her and beyond, and she will do so without seeking recognition.
