Rodgers & Associates is located at The Manor, a historical landmark of Lancaster County.
A Brief History of The Manor
This former farmhouse was built in 1866 on a farm known as Bloomingdale. The property operated as a farm until 1920 when Armstrong Cork Company (now Armstrong World Industries, Inc.) purchased the manor to host sales trainees during their 6‑month training program at the company’s two local manufacturing plants, as well as provide a space for visiting employees and customers to meet. When Armstrong no longer needed the space, Rodgers & Associates purchased the property in December 2011.
The Manor allows us to comfortably accommodate our clients, provides plenty of parking, and seating for as many as sixty attendees at our seminars. Rodgers & Associates is the sole occupant of The Manor.
A Home for Philanthropy
When we moved to The Manor in 2011, we knew we wanted it to be more than just a home for our team and clients. We were able to provide space, free of charge, for nonprofits to use for special events, training, seminars, and board retreats.
As the firm grew, we expanded into the meeting rooms and can no longer offer space to non-profits. We continue to support all non-profits in our community through our sponsorship of the Extraordinary Give held each year in November.
The Manor is located two miles north of Lancaster City, on Lititz Pike, directly across from the Overlook Golf Course. The location offers plentiful free on-site parking available for our clients and guests. Rodgers & Associates is the only business located at this address.
