Ann provides administrative support in several departments, assisting with compliance, office functions, and business development. Her role is to ensure efficient operations in each. She joined the firm after thirty-five years in the catering business because she felt it was time to learn something new. It has been a delightful career change. She enjoys her different roles, which include serving as liaison to local non-profit organizations who need a room at The Manor for a function. With her years of experience and strong knowledge of the catering industry, she helps make every non-profit event a success.
One of the aspects she likes best about Rodgers & Associates is the support system among all the team members. Everyone is willing to pitch in when needed. Ann is a graduate of the University of Southern New Hampshire where she earned a BS in Hotel & Restaurant Management. She has two sons and lives locally with her husband, Kenneth. When she is not at the office, you will most likely find Ann volunteering, gardening, cooking, hiking, kayaking or listening to music.
