Brittany joined Rodgers & Associates when she fell in love with financial planning. She received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Millersville University and worked in the behavioral health field after graduation. Her interest in financial planning started with a desire to learn more about finances to better her life and provide opportunities for her children.
The amount of planning and saving it takes to have a successful retirement has been one of her biggest surprises about working in the field of financial advice. Brittany believes one of the biggest challenges to retiring is transitioning from work to retirement and ensuring clients have hobbies and interests in their life to remain mentally and physically active. The most fulfilling part of retirement planning for her is when she can tell someone their hard work has paid off, and they can retire comfortably.
Brittany likes working at Rodgers & Associates, where she has the opportunity to help clients achieve their dream retirement scenario. She appreciates the firm’s involvement with the community and its support of employees who want to volunteer for non-profits. When she is not helping a client plan for financial independence, you might find Brittany finding a new place to hike and looking for waterfalls.
