Susan joined Rodgers & Associates in 2000—and in 2022, she assumed the responsibility of Director of Business Administration. Now, she oversees all daily operations, including strategic planning, improving business efficiency, and managing personnel. Susan also serves as a member of our key administrative decision-making and planning bodies.
One aspect of her role that Susan finds especially rewarding is the team of people she gets to work with each day. She feels like a member of the family and appreciates that everyone is truly focused on helping clients and supporting the community.
Susan received her Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ certification from the College for Financial Planning in 2005. When she is not at the office, she loves spending time with her family and friends (which often means a fun night out in downtown Lancaster). She also likes to hike, travel, and enjoys some well-earned downtime.
