Susan joined Rodgers & Associates in 2000 and today coordi­nates essential material used by Rodgers & Associates’ financial advisers while assisting in the day-to-day opera­tions of the office. Susan says she did not make a conscious decision to enter financial services but quickly grew to love the industry.  The fast-paced environment constantly presents the oppor­tunity to learn something new. An aspect of her role that is especially rewarding is the team of people she gets to work with each day. She feels treated more like family than a co-worker and appre­ciates that everyone is truly focused on helping clients and supporting the community.

Susan received her Financial Paraplanner Qualified Profes­sional™ certi­fi­cation from the College for Financial Planning in 2005. When she is not at the office, she loves spending time with her family and friends. You might find her out and about in Lancaster having dinner with them. She also likes to hike, travel, and just enjoy some downtime.
