About the Rodgers & Associates Document Portal

The Rodgers & Associates Document Portal is a secure way to send and receive documents to advisers and profes­sional services team members.

Logging in to the Rodgers & Associates Document Portal

  • Enter your username and password into the corre­sponding fields and click “Login.”
  • If you do not have a username and password, reach out to your adviser and they will help you get estab­lished.

Sharing a document with your adviser

  • Click “Upload Document”
  • Upload Document fields:
    • Choose a document category
    • Write a short description of what the file is ( e.g., Jane Smith’s 2020 tax returns)
    • Select the document to upload. Please note that .PDF files are the preferred file format.
    • Make sure the “Notify User?” option is selected
    • Click “Upload”

Receiving a document from your adviser

You will receive an email if an adviser has uploaded a document to your account. Click the link to log in and view the document.
