The Rodgers & Associates Document Portal is a secure way to send and receive documents to advisers and professional services team members.
Logging in to the Rodgers & Associates Document Portal
- Enter your username and password into the corresponding fields and click “Login.”
- If you do not have a username and password, reach out to your adviser and they will help you get established.
Sharing a document with your adviser
- Click “Upload Document”
- Upload Document fields:
- Choose a document category
- Write a short description of what the file is ( e.g., Jane Smith’s 2020 tax returns)
- Select the document to upload. Please note that .PDF files are the preferred file format.
- Make sure the “Notify User?” option is selected
- Click “Upload”
Receiving a document from your adviser
You will receive an email if an adviser has uploaded a document to your account. Click the link to log in and view the document.
