


Tess M. Puglio, CPA, CSEP
A principal with Bazella Dombrowski & Co, CPAs in Lititz, Tess is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and Pennsylvania Society of Tax & Accounting Professionals (PSTAP).
Tess assists privately held companies in the areas of taxation and accounting as well as focuses on individual and fiduciary taxation. She assists clients with various aspects of their accounting and tax needs including tax return filings and planning for future tax liabilities. In addition, she and her firm provide bookkeeping services and training to small businesses.
Tess lives in Myerstown, PA with her husband Mike and they have two adult sons. In her free time, she treasures time spent with family.


Scott Alan Mitchell, Esq.
Co-chair of the firm’s Trusts and Estates Group, has been in practice for over 27 years and serves individuals, families, business owners, and corporate fiduciaries and trustees throughout southcentral and southeastern Pennsylvania in all aspects of estate and trust planning matters from complex to basic, business succession planning, asset protection and tax planning, special needs planning, long-term care planning/elder law, guardianships and various Orphans’ Court matters. He also counsels executors, trustees and corporate fiduciaries involving the administration of estates and the ongoing administration of various types of trusts, including special needs trusts.
Scott is a Lancaster native and serves clients out of the firm’s Lancaster, Harrisburg, Malvern, and Charleston offices. He is a frequent regional speaker to various professional and civic groups on estate planning, special needs planning and long-term care planning and regularly authors articles on these topics.


Jeremie Patrick, CFP®, CRPC®
Jeremie joined Rodgers & Associates in 2016 after working for a Registered Investment Adviser in York, PA. He became a financial adviser to merge his two passions: helping others and working with investments. Jeremie guides clients to and through retirement. His detailed and holistic financial planning work helps them reach their goals for life and legacy, by avoiding mistakes and helping to maximize their opportunities.
In his role as Lead Adviser, Jeremie’s responsibilities include training new hires, enhancing the firm’s relationships with our strategic partners and serving as a ‘go-to’ resource for the team of Advisers. He graduated from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in finance and a concentration in personal financial planning. While at Shippensburg, he was part of a team that managed the University’s Wisman Fund.
Jeremie is involved in industry organizations, including the Financial Planning Association®, and joined the board of the FPA® of Central Pennsylvania in 2018. He also volunteers in local organizations, including the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce. Jeremie resides in Lancaster with his family.
