As an adviser, it is a privilege to provide timely advice that serves our clients well. I strive to demonstrate the value of true financial planning by helping clients avoid mistakes that could take them off course and guide them to take advantage of opportunities that will help them achieve their goals.

Mike joined Rodgers & Associates after spending five years with Northwestern Mutual. Before working there, he spent five years teaching high school language arts and humanities. He became a financial adviser because he loves helping people understand finances and how they impact their lives. Mike came to Rodgers & Associates because of the opportunity the firm offers advisers to collaborate while specializing in retirement planning.
Mike says he was surprised to learn how family dynamics play an important role in financial planning. Many people want to learn how to manage their finances well in order to support their retirement and then to pass on a legacy to the next generation. The most fulfilling aspect of retirement planning for Mike is the opportunity to be in a position to answer the critical questions our clients face when they need guidance the most.
Mike and his wife, Emily, have four children and worship at Faith Bible Fellowship Church in Lancaster. When he is not helping clients, you might find Mike playing tennis, hiking, and spending time with his family.
